Son Solidarios at the U.S. Social Forum (Redux)
As the summer quickly winds down, I am looking back on the things I saw and recorded. Here from my YouTube channel is a favorite moment from the U.S. Social Forum in Detroit when Son Solidarios, an impromptu band formed by musicians attending the activist conference, performed at Detroit’s Skillman Library. This performance took place on 25 June 2010 at a reception of The Casaola photo exhibit marking the 100th Anniversary of the Mexican Revolution.
